Voltas — Voltas Inverter AC automatically restarting at PC-04 error

My voltas inverter ac is getting restarted automatically after showing PC-04 error and day by day cooling is getting less. I have been facing this problem for more than 1 Month.
I have lodged complaint with voltas customer care on 31.05.2023 (Req No: [protected]). On 02.06.2023 one service guy visited and informed me that some parts need to be replaced and left.
As problem was not resolved, on 22.06.2023, I escalated the service request ([protected]) through online portal.
But still problem not resolved, neither anyone from voltas service center contacted me.
