Greetings!!
As you are aware from my regsitered mobile number [protected] multiple service request are raised and [protected] being latest one i am facing issue with the Voltas inverter split ac bought on september 2021.
Since then i raised multiple complaints mentioning F2 error coming up and back to normal next day, As things went bad this time Technician has said there would be problem of either PCB board or Compressor out of which PCB board is placed for order last week as i was informed it's not available with the company.
It's been a week and still there is no clue of PCB board being delivered and with such a waiting time if the issue is not PCB board but with compressor and placing order again and waiting for another weeks is lot of trouble as a customer.
Being such a big company i believe Customer to be taken into consideration as priority as fix issues on time else i would request please replace the outdoor unit which is faulty within a year.
Please take this is a high priority and act shiftly to resolve my AC ASAP else i request for replacement. Was this information helpful? |
