[Resolved]  Voltas — Voltas inverter split ac compressor not starting

Hi Voltas Team,

Greetings!!

As you are aware from my regsitered mobile number [protected] multiple service request are raised and [protected] being latest one i am facing issue with the Voltas inverter split ac bought on september 2021.

Since then i raised multiple complaints mentioning F2 error coming up and back to normal next day, As things went bad this time Technician has said there would be problem of either PCB board or Compressor out of which PCB board is placed for order last week as i was informed it's not available with the company.

It's been a week and still there is no clue of PCB board being delivered and with such a waiting time if the issue is not PCB board but with compressor and placing order again and waiting for another weeks is lot of trouble as a customer.

Being such a big company i believe Customer to be taken into consideration as priority as fix issues on time else i would request please replace the outdoor unit which is faulty within a year.

Please take this is a high priority and act shiftly to resolve my AC ASAP else i request for replacement.

It’s been 10 days already. Still the Part is not delivered?

May I know by when can I expect the resolution at max? And can someone assure that this is PCB issue not compressor though I’m saying multiple times that compressor is not starting. Now if it’s compressor issue again I need to wait for so many days.

Does a Voltas customer need to wait months together for any hardware issue to be fixed?

I wonder how a company doesn’t even have temporary spare parts to test if it’s due to PCB or compressor failure and then place order instead of ordering parts now to test and then figuring out.

Atleast both to be ordered at the same time to save time and pain and replace the one which has defect.

Simply going through mental and physical stress with Voltas service.

I need a quick resolution on this ASAP.

Hi Voltas and other Managers or team,

FYI in continuation with the above mail please find below service requests or complaints raised after purchase(Date of Purchase: 21st September 2021) of voltas AC which clearly states the AC delivered is faulty from the beginning.

Now do i still need to be patient enough which i am being from past few months due to buying faulty voltas product and not getting resolved?

I need it get it resolved within a week max which i can wait else either refund the amount by taking back product or replace the product with immediate effect.

It’s being 10 days already the PCB board has put for order. Servcie center says it has to come from company and customer care says coordinate with service center. Will there be any resolution or not? I need to resolved in next one week max.
