I had installed a Voltas AC in the month of May 2022. In the month of June we faced an issue with the AC which we immediately raised with the Voltas company. After examining the AC, we were told to contact the company regarding the issue. The issue was related to indoor motor. The response we received from the customer support of Voltas was pathetic, they not only delayed with taking our complaint but also servicing our issue. We have been waiting since a month now and no action has been taken. Kindly look into the matter.
