Dear cobcern,

I have purchased one water cooler in the month of may'19. But cooling was not working properly... Many times i have complaint on customer care number. But no one has not responding properly..

Still one month has not completed from i have purchased date. This is worst experience in my life.

How can i resolve my problem and with whom i contact for my problem.

Can i complaint on consumer forum???

Hello..we buyed ac on aug 30th 2018...from past 10 days ac get forming ice inside...ac. and water spring inside the room these are problems we are facing so...pls..kindly slove.it...we hope that voltas company will slove...this...and make us hapy...as early as possible...pls send ...tecqnician...
