I have an issue with my a.c. that it is not cooling and it's remote is also behaving abnormally and it requires it's first wet service.
I got this AC installed last year, it is still in warranty period.
I logged a case via customer care toll free no. [protected] for this issue and got a case no. [protected] and got a message for technician visit for 3rd April, then it was postponed to 4th April. While doing followup on call for this case i got very irresponsible and rude behavious from executive which is not expected and acceptable from this Company.
After that the technician visit extended for 5th April. And now there was no technician visit to my place for solution and i have received a message for closure of case which is not acceptable for all. For your information how come technician sign itself his job sheet on the behalf of customer. I want you to investigate this asap and reopen my case. Was this information helpful? |
