[Resolved] Voltas — warranty registration issue | |||
I have purchased voltas 1.5 ton ac from jk electrical noida. Purchased date is[protected], invoice no - jke/18-19/359. I was registered by using wta for 1+4 warranty extend. But i have not received any confirmation mail. Now i want to get ac service then customer care told me your ac is out of warranty you need to pay charges. I am totally shoked. It is not good that at the time of registration saying your registration have done and now when i want service they tell me your ac is out of warranty. Please check the wta details and give the proper solution otherwise we will never purchased these type of tata products. Kindly provide the solution asap. Thanks for your cooperation.
