I have purchased the older model and returned it since normal was giving chilled water. I exchanged newer model thinking it will be better but no same issue normal giving chilled. Also new model is terrible on off lever spring system which will break in few months. Also it is very difficult to take out water in a bottle.
I have blue Star water dispenser also which is absolutely perfect hot gives hot, normal gives normal, cold gives cold.

I also purchased the same model and was facing the same issue as mentioned above but the voltas team of 2 person visited my place to check the issue, the so-called engineer with a helper did his thing of opening the dispenser and all but when he was unable to spot the issue, he then called someone on phone and was asking but then also no issue was being spotted but then his helper said 'ho gaya tera but ek baar mah dehku' and the engineer said tuh bhi dehk le and then the helper to engineer said that their is a white colour tray in the bowl of the water dispenser which was not placed properly as he noticed the same while opening the water dispenser and he took the tray, placed it properly inside the tank, then he closed the dispenser and placed the 20ltr bottle on top and after that the engineer and myself checked and it was working perfectly, Cold was giving cold water, Hot was giving hot water and Normal was giving Normal water. I was shocked that a helper to engineer was much more knowledgeable. The issue is a white colour tray inside the water dispenser stainless steel tank which must be placed properly for it to give normal water from normal water tap. Now my voltas water dispenser is working perfectly, very happy with the same.
