I had register a complaint on 3rd November. And a technician visited my home. And i got a message from your end as under "Your SR No [protected] is proposed for Cancellation, Reason: No Purchase Proof(No Payment). To stop Call [protected] or escalate to [protected]@voltas.com" I have already submitted(attached) the orinal bill of purchase with my complaint itself. And I am ready to produce the purchase bill. Please inform me to whom i share the bill. It is very serious complaint for me.
