[Resolved] Voltas — worst customer care services | |||||
Voltas has the worst customer care services i have ever seen. I purchased an air conditioner on 28th april 2018 whose pcb got damaged within one year of puchase. I filed a complaint on 28th march 2019 (Request no [protected], registered mobile no. [protected]) which was cancelled without being resolved. A new complaint was registered on 16th april 2019 (Request no.[protected]) which is again not being answered by anyone. All my requests are being postponed on every other day.
