Voltas — Worst customer support from Voltas | |||
On May 29 2015 i raised a complaint stating that my AC was not working and its not getting cooled. Request no is [protected]. Technician came to my home and checked my AC and told me that my AC compressor was defective. They said that this need to be changed. Since my AC purchased 4 years before my AC Compressor comes under warrenty. But for that i need to pay Gas filling 2500 capasitor 650 Service charge 500 and transport 500. totally 4150. I am surprised for a defective product given by voltas that need to be replaced under warranty but i need to pay 4150. I dount know is it my fault. i called customer care of voltas to check with them they said only complaint will be filed from them. What ever service engineer says we need to pay. i am having a doubt that i bought AC from Voltas i got service from voltas and i raised complaint to voltas. But they are saying we dont know the charges. Did voltas did not define what should be the charged to the customer for each claimb. How do we know as a customer of voltas that this is the correct charge am paying. i was totally fedup with this communication. Please do not close this ticket without proper out.
