Dear Voltas Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue I have been facing with the 1.5-ton AC unit I purchased from Voltas in May 2023. Despite registering multiple complaints, I have not received a satisfactory resolution to my problem. Voltas service executives are not receiving calls.
I am not able to understand how poor quality product volta's is manufacturing, that it has got a problem from the time of purchase. Such a poor quality of voltas a/c.
The major issue I am experiencing involves cooling system not working from the AC unit. After many request no one agree to resolve the issue,
Please advise should we have to change the A/C with other providers.
