[Resolved] Voonik — Cheating the customer | |||||
Hi I ordered a saree amounting 339 and with delivery charges the total amount payable was 416 as COD but the product delivered was wrong and I initiated a return and refund in account of the total amount that is 416 but I got the actual amount of the saree as a refund excluding delivery charges which is against business and trade laws as it was the fault on seller sending me the wrong product and on the other you people are following unlawful business practices. Further to this email I have initiated a legal notice against you people. It's not a matter of mere 77₹ but you cannot cheat your customers like this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
