Hello,

I have ordered bra pack of rs798/- from voonik site on 17thapr'17 and tried to return it on same day, as the size is not correct/fitting me properly, but they are not letting me return or not paying me back.
While other sites/shops are letting people return in 7days for the same category product.
Here i have wasted my money and without any reasons i'm bearing the losses.
Either i want my money back or they should let me exchange the same product with different size.
Its not fair that they are just answering me with sorry mail. So here is the question can i get my money back or exchange?

Updated by ApsR why you haven't given me the right size?
Do you know that the sizes you have mentioned has the size difference with the size which we get in the market.
Because I have ordered the right size which fits me but your brand has same size written but different in practical.
If you have to or wants others to follow your policy then you should be perfect in what you do.
Please answer my one question how come and why all the other sites and shops which we visit let us exchange or return it after trying it on?
Please look in to the matter.
I really don't want to buy anything from your site hence forth as you are fulling your customers.

why you haven't given me the right size?
