[Resolved] Voonik.com — For refund against wrong product | |||||
I had ordered a saree on voonik.com but the product I received was wrong so I contact the company for replacement.They came for taking back the product but said that refund will be made in your account but till date they had not made any refund when I call on toll free number it's always busy.So please resolve my problem to get the refund.My order number is R[protected]. Verified Support Sep 14, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Ayush, We are sorry to hear that the product we sent did not match your expectations.We notice that you have returned the product and we had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank: Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days. If in case you face any issue, then kindly write an e-mail to [protected]@voonik.com & we'll look into it.
