[Resolved] Voonik.com — Product not delivered | |||||
A Top was ordered on 16th Dec'2015 and the payment was also made, Order#- R[protected]. Since it was not delivered for many days i sent a mail to [protected]@voonik.com & since then when i ask for the status they reply me telling that somebody will attend to it within 48hrs or 2 days but till now i have not received any proper response. Verified Support Jan 13, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Keerthina, We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since “Dec 15th”. We were expecting fresh stocks of “ Yufta Blue Printed Top” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order and have credited your Voonik account with Rs 100/-.We have initiated refund of Rs.299 with the Reference ID: 5696188fe6592.It will take 6-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
