[Resolved] Voonik.com — Product returned but neither the refund amount received nor the new product | |||||
I had ordered a product from "voonik" [my order no. R[protected]-3 (Indian designer blue frock)[xl] and due to certain size issue decided to replace the order. On 4th aug’16. The product has been picked by the courier person. The pickup receipt no. Is[protected]. I have enclosed the pickup receipt below. Then i have replaced the order with [xxl] size instead of[xl]. After that the customer care assistant told me that i will receive the reverse order within 10-15 days. But it has been more than a month nothing has been delivered to me and there is no response from vonik team also. Now i don't need the product anymore i just need my money back.
