Sir Myorder no : r[protected]Prepaid) placed on 2nd of this month. I have to get products 12th of this month as per delivery date given by voonik. I have received only two products out of three.. 3 times i have called to customer care they said order was cancelled by voonik & will get get refund in 24 to 48 hours. I asked the message about refund, they said they will send message. Why i did not get cancellation and refund message. Why is the delay. Without having stock why voonik collected money. Today is 20th 9 extra days over. No refund no cancellation information waste service. Why customer care have to tell lies. Very very bad. Please provide refund don't blame customers, other companies giving refund soon. Very bad Was this information helpful? | |||||
