[Resolved] Voonik.com — Refund not sent to me | |||||
I was purchased one top from vonik.com for Rs. 421on dt-24/12/2016 and after some problem i returned that top and request for refund they gave me 48 hours time for refund but till date i have not received my refund please help me. Voonik executive is also not give me proper response and he says to me ( We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We do understand that you are waiting for your refund.Our concerned team is checking with Payu team regarding the refund status.As we did not receive any update from Payu team, we request you to give us some more time.Once we receive an update from the concerned team, we will update you the same.)
