[Resolved]  Voonik — Dress material

On 30th sep I placed the order in voonik and i paid the money also but i didnt get any message till now.even i didnt get confirmation.in freecharge it is showing the order number as R[protected].I got cashback alse.i called to customer care they are saying that the order number is invalidand they are not responding properly.i want that products or atleast refund the money.
