[Resolved] Voonik — Fraud (order 2 items but send only one)

We have ordered one item from voonik order no. R[protected] on date 10 march 2016 AWB no. is[protected] ..
on site they show the 2 items but by delivery we got only 1 item total price of item is 567 how ever give 567 rupees for 2 items but while opening it we get only one item on which the rate tag is also available of rupee 260.
