[Resolved] Voonik — Frock | |||||
I have ordered one frock (Order No. R[protected] on 16th Sept'16 on online payment worth Rs. 499 + Rs. 28 Delivery Charges. It was delivered on 28th Sept'16 and it was very poor quality, so i have requested to return it back and refund my money on 2nd Oct'16. Product has been picked up by Voonik guy on 5th Oct'16. Still I have not received my money back. The email ids from which I have received all intimations is now going failed. None of their executive is talking on customer care number.
