This is very disapponting.Voonik have not resolve my issue . I have order a saree but the gave me another one which i have not ordered.i am requested to exchane the saree but they cant for not availabilityNow they told to coprreir that one and they will refund but i have not faith at all..voonik have block my number also so that i cannot call you.

Voonik such a big brand and the service is so disgusting.

First time i have order from Voonik and get disappointment.

In future i will not oder anything from Voonik and ensuring all to not to buy any product from VOONIK.

We are sorry to inform you that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone).We will refund the courier charges (maximum 200/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller address that is sent to your registered e-mail id and send us a mail with the snapshot of the courier slip at [protected]@voonik.com.We will refund the amount at the earliest.
