[Resolved] Voonik — No money return after taking the product back

When i asked for returning a product, the company have taken the product back but they didn't come up with money return. The product cost still not refunded nor they are picking the call.

We are sorry that you have received a different product.We're forwarding this case to our quality department to take appropriate action right away.As per our telephonic conversation, the process for your return is on.Please see to it that the tags on the garment is intact and the invoice is in the package when our courier agent will come to pick it up within 4-5 working days.After the product reaches our ware-house for inspection, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 6-7 business days.
