[Resolved] Voonik — No refund made yet for product that I returned in may 2016 | |||
In may 2016 i purchased a saree from voonik via online shopping. As the product did not meet my expectations I couriered the product back to the company as per their instructions. Despite several reminders and their apologetic promises, they have failed to refund me near about 800 rupees. Im fed up of reminding them constantly.They asked me to send them my bank details which I did long ago but they have failed to deliver. I can't let my hard earned money go waste. Please help!
