[Resolved] Voonik — Not getting product not even refund | |||||
I ordered from Vonik having order id R[protected] on 25.10.2015 and delivery was on 3.11.2015. Till now the product is not dispatched and there is no response from customer care for the same. What i l do, already i did online payment..please help me out, Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 12, 2015 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Subhalaxmi Behera, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your order was shipped through courier agency Evahan but unfortunately it was lost/damage by them so they couldn't deliver to you on time. We have escalated this case to logistics team and they are investigating with courier agency. We do not want you to wait anymore, hence we have refunded the entire amount and it'll reflect to your account in next 5-7 days. Your comments/feedback regarding the service you received at Voonik are very important to us. We want customers to enjoy shopping at Voonik, so your report of a worst experience with our customer service is a serious concern for us. First, let us express our deepest apologies. You deserve only the best service, especially when you visit Voonik. Second, we are questioning our staff and will take appropriate action.
