[Resolved] Voonik — One month old order still not delivered | |||
I had placed a prepaid order on 5 december 2015 and the order is still not delivered R[protected]. Two times i have tried to escalate but no revert from voonik. The Customer care is not even helpful, most of the time the call is disconnected. While placing the order I dint even get any SMS or email confirming the order. Was this information helpful? | |||

Voonik Tech customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 04, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Vidya Irdala, We have tried reaching on your registered contact number but you have been unavailable.We are sorry that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since Dec 5th.We were expecting fresh stocks of “White Printed Shift Dress(252035)” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order and have credited your Voonik credits with Rs 100 as a token of apology.We have initiated refunds for the same on Dec 4th with the Reference ID: 568a4e358a4e4.It will take 6-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
