I ordered a clothe from voonik.com through Debit card on 24 feb but they do not deliver my clothes try to message them but didn't get any reasonable response. they keep procrastinate. I want full refund of my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Mar 15, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Sidd, We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since “Feb 24th”. We were expecting fresh stocks of “ Sinex Blue[protected]” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order and have initiated refund, it may take up to 6-7 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account. We have also credited your Voonik account with Rs 100/- as a token of apology for cancelling the order.You can check out the new collection now or we will reach out as soon as the product comes back in stock.
