[Resolved] Voonik` — Ordered one product but received another one | |||||
I ordered for a sarree in Voonik on December 14th and received the product on 28 December. The saree I orederd and the one I received was entirely different and seemed to have a cheap look. I sent a mail to take back the product and replace with the one I had ordered or give the money back. I have been sending continuous mails for which they reply they shall take it back through their delivery person since 30 December and till date nothing has been done on this issue. But unfortunately, your location is a NSZ(Non service able zone)Our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city . We will refund the courier charges (maximum 200/-) in your Voonik account. please send the package to the seller and send us a mail with the courier slip.
