[Resolved]  Voonik — Payment not received even after complaints this is not good already takes 1 month

I placed an order R[protected] and after this i m not received any order then i placed a refund request in ur office on phone call then one of yout representative said that i received my refund dated 29oct but this is not happen.Do something .i m ur good customer please dnt make your impression bad infront of me
