[Resolved] Voonik — Pickup not yet done for the return | |||||
I have placed a return request for the order#[protected].i got a message regarding this request that my order will be picked up .but after that i did not get any message about the contact person to whom i will give my order to be returned. sometimes after i got message that this return request is failed. so many times i tried calling the customer care number but it's always showing busy.as i need to return this product within 15 days of delivery so i want the pickup should be placed as soon as possible. i expect the contact person details like phone number or name for return of order. please revert ASAP.
