[Resolved]  Voonik — Poor customer service


My order no. Is R[protected].
I have requested for return product more than 1 month back. I sent a few emails n I was assured of picking up product in 5 days.. 2 days.. 10 days.now its been more than a month. I want my money back whether u pick your return product or not. There is no accountability on your part towards your customer.WORST SERVICE !
