[Resolved] Voonik — Poor product quality and poor service from online voonik

I have ordered one blue Faux chiffon Saree Order no- R[protected] but unfortunately product quality was not good so I decided to return the product and I have written several mail to Voonik support and they generated ticket number- 1266847 and Now i am not getting any response from there side. Could you please help me out to return this product. Kindly let me know if you need any details from my side. Thanks, Deepa
