[Resolved] Voonik — Product not delivered | |||
I have ordered a wallet in Voonik on December 25 2015. Order num is R[protected]. I've mailed them many times but they are not delivering my item. They gave the delivery date 6 jan 2016. But till now they didnot ship it. I doubt its a fraud shopping service. Pls I request you to resolve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 14, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Bubbly, We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since “Dec 25th”. We were expecting fresh stocks of “ Wallets(979503)” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order.As per our telephonic conversation, we have initiated refund of amount Rs.300 .It will take 6-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.For further queries write to us at [protected]@voonik.com so that we will ensure immediate action.
