Inspite of several reminders to the Company (Voonik), I am not able to track my paid product (order no- R[protected]ordered on 12th Feb, 2016. The product was to be delivered on 21st Feb, 2016 but neither it is delivered nor it is traceable. Kindly look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Feb 27, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Nikita, We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since “Feb 11th”. We were expecting fresh stocks of “Anarkali navy blue Georgette embroidery work[protected]” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order and refunded the amount on February 27th with the Reference ID: 56d17d8d913be.It will take 6-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.We have also credited your Voonik account with Rs 100/- as a token of apology for cancelling the order.
