[Resolved] Voonik — Product refund/cancellation policy | |||||
For my order number "R[protected]" I got the product at 24th Feb 2016 and it is clearly written for the product that - "2 days return" I claim to replace my product at 26th feb 2016 ( with in 2 days ). And now I got the reply from your side that "you are not going to accept any products returned after 'Days' of delivery" !!! If it is then either you have to provide me the link to refund or cancel my order, this is very unreliable site that I EVER seen !!! Please take a serious action against this. Reply me asap. If any one want to raise a question, there is feature of 'start conversation' in mobile app, you will get the faster response. For cancellation you have to do a call on customer care or mail to customer support, to notify that you want to cancel the order.

1. I dont have any way to inform you about the return and replacement.
2. Secondly, I got the product at 24th and I informed you at 26th that means I informed you with in 48 hours.
24th to 26th is not a 3 days, its a 2 days!!!
