[Resolved] Voonik — Provide me the defective product

I ordered a product and the order number: R[protected] is for that product so if
that person doing that kind of business to there customer then what should i do against of them because i paid for that product already by my credit card and as according to this page people were already get st-rucked by voonik so i must need to get back my refund.
