[Resolved] Voonik — R[protected] no refund received even after 30 days of returned product | |||||
With reference to order no r[protected], mr. Amit (Courier person from voonik) had picked up the product (R[protected] yellow cotton cambric salwar kameez[protected] on 12/03/2016. The courier person did not give any Receipt. We had asked him multiple times to give us a receipt of the Returned product. However, he denied giving any receipt and said that We do not give any receipts for returned products. We could only Manage to click a photo of form no 403, that was filled by the courier Person who came from voonik side to take back the returned product. Now After more than 25 days there is no update regarding the refund from Voonik side. Moreover, there no sign of correspondence address of voonik on vooknik.com website. This is against the laws too.
