[Resolved] Voonik — Refund is not remitted to account even after returning the product. | |||||
I have returned the product to the executive of voonik and i received a message saying my money will be credited to my account within 24hr (This msg i have received on 4/1/16) but till now the amount is not credited. The same experience is faced by two of my friends and also we are unable to contact Customer care executive people, so guys i would suggest all voonik online shopper not to use Voonik any more for there shopping as there are may other good online shopping sites. Voonik Tech customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 08, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Apoorva, We would like to inform you that, once the return product is collected, it will be sent to our seller. When the item will reach to Seller warehouse and quality check will be successfully done, refund amount will be given into your account. (Bank/Voonik Account).
