I ordered a lehanga When I opened it was completely different from what I saw. I returned the product next day itself, and also i have a mail from voonik "Your refund request for following transaction is being processed
and the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days."
But im following more than 15 days, till now money not credited into my account.

Updated by Subhashinimohan Voonik cheating customers money. I have purchased lehenga from voonik, but the product is not satified, so i returned the product next day itself. They send the delivery boy to collect the product as soon possible (Next day itself). But for refund more than 15 days iam following but refund money not credited into my account. Please take neccesary action to get back my money and also to close this kind of online cheaters.

My money refunded by march - 10. Thanks. But Please provide good products. Customer is not satisfied with your product, please try to solve that too.
