[Resolved] Voonik — Refund not getting | |||||
I, ruzina chowdhury, south ramnagar(west)tripura, pin=799001, I placed an order(R[protected] on 4.10.15(for 2 sarres)rs.1023/online payment by using iob debit card.i m not getting the product& cancelled the order through calling in customer care or mailing to [protected]@voonik.com, but till now refund is not getting, further i talk for my refund to customer care exceutive&send mail also, then they told they already initiated refund in my a/c on 24.10.15, &also told for checking my bank statement, send to [protected]@voonik.com, then i checked my bank statement&sending to that mail address again &again, but till now im not getting my refund, so please help me for getting my refund.
