[Resolved]  Voonik — Refund still not credited to my account

I ordered a dress from voonik with order number - r[protected] costing 1620 ruppees they said it will cost me 1772 and when i was not satisfied by the quality i returned it and they said for refunding only 1690 ruppes.
Thats not a prob. But they asked me to submit account details which i did on 21st september. But when i called them for my refund today they said they havent recieved my account number and ill have to send them back.
They are just running a fake market over here. Totally dissatisfied with the company. They dont pick calls on customer care number i have called approxly 58 times but i got answrd only 2 times. Voonik is behaving lyk beggers on the slum disgustting.

Dear sir,
I have complaint from ur voonik COD service. The voonik delivery boys capture photo of the customer. I only want to know that why photo of customer is important in COD???

We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was initiated on Sep 27th, We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.

I ordered combo of anarkali but received only a single product .plz give me the rest detail and send my product .

I returned my order with order number R[protected]. I got a mail that refund will be reflected into my account within 3-4 days. My order status is showing as product is with me while it had been picked up and i have not received my refund. Kindly tell me till when can i get my refund. And why is the status showing as the product is with me.
