Took a dress material from voonik online store. (www.voonik.com) Expected material was not delivered. I requested the return and refund, also emailed them the required sceenshot of Placed order on : 07 july 2016 Called for return with 14 days of delivery. Till now they haven't reverted back to me. We are sorry to inform that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone). We will refund the courier charges (maximum 150/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller and send us a picture of the courier slip to [protected]@voonik.com. Seller address is mentioned in the invoice copy. We assure you that what happened in your case is not the typical of Voonik's level of customer service. We value your relationship with our company.
