[Resolved] Voonik — Regarding fake product | |||||
I had placed an order of designer red and orange silk and net designer saree from janki fashion vid order no. r[protected] on 23.05.2016. order was placed on cod of worth rs. 999 + delivery charges (rs 77/-)= rs 1076/-. But the material received on 07.07.2016 (after almost 45 days of placing the order) and that to of different color and very poor quality (it looks as if it would worth not more than rs. 200/- considering the quality!!!). the return process as mentioned in the site is not working. also contact no. given does not exist. i've been continuously trying (both website & app) to return the order, but the site gets logged out automatically once the bank details are entered. kindly look into the matter. Subject to successful completion of Quality Check for the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days.
