[Resolved] Voonik — Regarding return of delivered order | |||||
I have ordered Sari from Voonik long time back ( ORDER NO. R[protected] but due to Quality Issues has processed RETURN of order. No one came back for pickup for more than 1 month and then I raised query to Customer Support. After that also I was asked to Courier the package and attach courier slip receipt in email and my Order & Courier amount will be refunded. But there was no where written for this policy. How can I send Courier and What was the guarantee that my amount will be refunded. Since the only excuse was reverse pickup was not arranged by Voonik, So I had picked the package myself from deleivered location and came to Noida ( NCR ) . Verified Support Jan 13, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Saroj, We are sorry that you didn't like our product .We have tried reaching on your registered contact number but you have been unavailable.We understand it must be hassle for you to pack and send the product back to the seller. We have different courier partners for delivery and return pick up. Our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city . We will refund the courier charges (maximum 200/-) in your Voonik account. please send the package to the seller and send us a mail with the courier slip.
