[Resolved] Voonik — Replacing or cancelling product. | |||||
For my order number "R[protected]" I got the product at 24th Feb 2016 and it is clearly written for the product that - "2 days return" I claim to replace my product at 25th feb 2016 ( with in 2 days ). And now I got the reply from your side that "you are not going to accept any products returned after 'Days' of delivery" !!! If it is then either you have to provide me the link to refund or cancel my order, this is very unreliable site that I EVER seen !!! Please take a serious action against this. If any one want to raise a question, there is feature of 'start conversation' in mobile app, you will get the faster response. Voonik Tech customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
