[Resolved] Voonik — Requested for refund on order no: r[protected]on july 9th but still not reflected in my bank account and no response from voonik.com | |||||
I have ordered 5 items in voonik on 03 july 2016 and cancelled 3 items and got refund only for one item. From the day july 9th 2016 i'm in fought with voonik for rs.1000 and still unable to get my money. As i mentioned above i ordered 5 items in voonik with order no: r[protected] and cancelled 3 items of the same order. I got a refund of rs.675 for ethnic straight suit (Code: 3360020) and didn't got refund for white kurti (Code : 4797496) and kurti (Code: 4797500) for the same order no:r[protected]. When i ever i asked for an update i will get the following reply "we have forwarded your issue to the concerned team and we will work on your case on priority.
