[Resolved] Voonik Snapdeal — Zemi pink faux chiffon saree | |||
I ordered for a semi pink chiffon saree from voonik haryana on 14.9 .2015( order no:R[protected] via online payment. a obtaained my product on 19.9.2015 and it was a damaged one. with this details i registered a complaint on the same forum on 20th september. next day when i cal the snapdeal executive he said as i had already registered the complaint my product will be replaced with a non damaged saree within 2 wks... but til today nothing happened nobody came to recieve my saree back. when i call them again today this executive is telling my order number is not correct and they couldnot find my product. what hould i do?
