On Nov 28th, I ordered "Under Colors of Benetton Multi colored Panties, Pack of 3" from Voonik. On 1st December, I received the item that was only pack of 1.
I have updated Voonik and Snapdeal about this and both of them say the issue has been escalated and the refund would be initiated as soon the product is picked up. Till date nothing has been done, I am still waiting for the item to be picked up.
Request the concerned persons to do...

I ordered for a semi pink chiffon saree from voonik haryana on 14.9 .2015( order no:R[protected] via online payment. a obtaained my product on 19.9.2015 and it was a damaged one. with this details i registered a complaint on the same forum on 20th september. next day when i cal the snapdeal executive he said as i had already registered the complaint my product will be replaced with a non damaged saree within 2 wks... but til today nothing...
