[Resolved] Voonik Tech — 1 month delay in delivery. | |||||
I have placed an order with orderid R[protected] on June 30th 2016.Two items of the order has been delivered and in that one of the item, I have requested for size exchange. It has been reverse picked up on July 9th and the reverse pickup receipt and the scanned copy of reverse pick-up receiptI have sent to the voonik customer care team 3 times.Every time they will reply to my mail assuring me that due to technical issues in their logistics team, the delivery is delayed and it will be delivered in another 5-7 working days. One month is over since I returned th product, no updates or tracking details. I have lost my money and time and I feel like being cheated. Extemely unsatisfied and dissappointed over voonik.
