[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Amount is not returned

I had purchased three sarees through Voonik.com. Among the supplies, namely M/s Jegadamba creation had supplied some other designed saree with lower quality for Rs.389/-. Hence it was duly returned to them thro' their representative on 26.04.2017. The said saree was quoted as "Luga Fancy Multi color Bhagalpuri silk saree Light green silk saree - Rs.389/-
Till date the amount is not returned.
